Sony Xperia Go "Sports edition"

Ok, today I got my new phone which is the Sony Xperia Go.
The feel is good especially the rubbery plastic feeling of the matte finish of the phone which (for me) has the premium feeling since not a lot of phones have that matte finish.
It's screen size of 3.5" inches is good for a smartphone, well for me since you can use it by one hand and text right away.

I got my phone bundled with the Sony Ericsson Live View Watch which is like the bluetooth watch for it and can alert you on what new messages you have, incoming or missed calls you got on your phone with a few meters apart from the phone and it will still work.

The package bundle of the unit I got.

The Sony Live View Watch on the flesh

The Sony Xperia Go is one tough phone since it is a IP64 phone which makes the phone water-proof and dust-proof and especially scratch-proof. You can dip it in the water at 1 meter at most for 30 minutes (maximum time).

This feature made me buy the phone since the geek inside me went crazy because the phone is so tough from the video reviews I saw, and you can even wash it if its dirty or got wet from the rain. Though what let me down on the store I bought this is that they stated the package will be "Sports Edition" which should have the arm-band pouch, arm-lanyard and some cord protectors. But in the end, I bought the phone still since it has the live view watch which costs like $34 (Php 1,400.00)  and the Xperia Go costs around $257(Php 10,500).

Over all I loved the phone, though the ICS update for it might take a while. And I didn't tested my unit yet for water test but on the scratch side, I did and it did well. No scratches even if I wipe it with rough towels or my nails.

A must buy phone if your budget is around $222 ( Php 9,050.00 ). You'll get a 1ghz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM and it is a normal sim using phone. They'll provide you a micro-sim adapter for transforming your micro-sim to normal sim size. And it also comes with the preset accessories: usb cord, usb-charger and the micro-sim adapter plus the unit. You also get the unit bare-back since you need to put the sim inside at the back before putting back the back-cover.

SemBreak!

Ahh.. still having fun on our semester break. :D
Next term there will be no Prelim exams which will make the midterm examination much harder, I think they're practicing the tri-semester thing like the De La Salle University-Taft has.

On the brighter side(or is it?), I finished downloading Alice: Madness Returns:
I tried it out abit but then again, I can't play it properly since even though my processor is good, RAM is better, but my graphics card sucks. Intel Chipset graphics card sucks! -not really but somewhat it does!- sucks the way that I can't play the new released games. Now I am starting to think on making my own desktop since I have some spare cash. I hope I can make a nice gaming desktop.

I hope I pass the first semester! XD -cross fingers-
